Q: What do you think of the organization of the tour, management and staff?

A: They are generally pretty good. I can’t say they haven’t put any effort to solve any problems I had. They want me to achieve. Well, I came here to achieve through their organization. I think they work hard to accomplish everything necessary to support you while you are over here. There are, I don’t know, four, five or six people over here supporting you. They help you anywhere they can. I don’t have any problem with that at all.
